The anticipated annual event kicks off its 15th edition on March 21 to 23 at Dubai World Trade Centre alongside the 16th edition of the multi-million dirham Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship

The Global Equine Industry will once again converge from the 21st to 23rd of March in Dubai for the Dubai International Horse Fair and the Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Held under the patronage of H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, the Fair will showcase the latest equine products, horse therapies and the finest breeds of horses the world has to offer.
The current equine industry is valued at approximately USD 300 billion globally and impacts 1.6 million full time jobs. The UK, which is home to several of the Fair’s exhibitors such as Equine Products UK and Barriers International; is internationally recognised as the leading source of equine expertise with overseas trade currently valued at over GBP 500m. Guangzhou DeeOne Exhibition Co.Ltd hails from China where the number of horse clubs has increased by 1500% in recent years, from 90 in 2010 to 1400 in 2017. Multi Radiance Medical is a returning exhibitor to the Fair and is based in the US where 7 million Americans are directly involved in the industry with 2 million owning horses themselves.
The 2019 Dubai International Horse Fair will also feature renowned brands specializing in state of the art stables, feeds, riding apparel and garments. In addition, art and décor pieces with an equestrian theme from the likes of Reem Gallery, Equine Art and Baba Art will be on offer to the public in an extensive gallery alongside other artists from around the world.
Over 10,000 buyers, professionals, breeders and enthusiasts from more than 25 countries with new additions from Serbia, China, Chile, Malaysia, Lebanon and Turkey amongst others are expected to attend the Dubai International Horse Fair to share ideas and widen their global networks with over 200 brands and companies.
With USD 4 million ( AED 15 million) offered as prize money, the Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship will present majestic Arabian steeds valued at approximately USD 1 million to USD 2 million to horse enthusiasts.

New international exhibitors include Deltacast-France, EquinArt –Germany, and Granata Selleria Srl- Italy to name but a few and bring with them cutting edge technology, beautiful craftsmanship and exceptional talent and expertise.

The ever popular auction will return once again and will offer Arabian purebred horses from local studs for viewing, bidding and buying. In previous years, the auction presented around 100 pureblood Arabian breeds for sale with onlookers buying and enjoying the thrill of a live auction.
Adding to the excitement of the Dubai International Horse Fair is a line-up of family-friendly features that will delight young and old. Spanish horse performances will also feature at the show where horse aficionados and the general public can experience riders’ masterful routines.
